Neat and trendy room with a personal safe, climate control, and a mini-bar.

Early check-in, late check-out. Brand-new beautifully maintained rooms with a bathtub, good view, as example. Prime and peaceful location, just a walk down to everywhere.

Beds were small.

The Jacuzzi was relaxing, but the check-in took too long.

We had a such great stay on 23rd September 2021.

The hotel was clean with pleasant location near to the metro station and trendy rooms. Location: the property was close to the closest metro or mall and taxi and Dubai. We stopped by Bijou Patisserie for coffee and treats, it was not too far from the hotel: )

Check-in process could be quicker!!! The cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves much to be desired-an inspection should catch those nasty hairs!!! There's substantial room for improvement!!!

The staff, particularly Shareef and Ihsan, provided really good service, contributing greatly to a pleasant experience. Room service was efficient, and the homemade rolls were a good addition to the dining options. The standard of cleanliness could be improved in some areas.

Staying at the hotel with my fiancé was enjoyable, especially our visit to the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo nearby. The location was perfect, providing easy access to family-friendly attractions, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable .

In my fiancé's opinion, the hotel could improve by having a more diverse breakfast menu for families.

Couples should consider it

The housekeeping staff, especially Astoney, really were pretty good too keep everything super clean. I also loved the dining. The selection was great and the meals were great.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but the quality made it acceptable.

The staff were genuinely friendly. Salma at the front desk provided an really good welcome that set a positive tone for our stay.

The room we stayed in felt a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel.

You haven't lived until you've tried the Italian grilled meat here! The ambiance is on point, and the nearby Sufra Restaurant and Burger Rebel serve up some local vibes that are just chef's kiss. Oh, and the staff? Nazzim and that smiling reception gal.

But let's keep it real-ordering room service was a hassle! The QR code menu was a dud, forcing me to call in my cravings. Plus, one day I was left high and dry without towels. Still, the overall experience was shiny!

The staff were friendly and were great, like during my previous visit to dubai, but the service here exceeded my expectations. The breakfast spread was excellent with various delicious options that set a great tone for my day.

I stayed for one night with my family as we had interviews scheduled for the next day. While the hotel itself seems fine, the management really dropped the ball on my request for a quiet room, and we ended up next to a family with noisy kids. The amenities were decent, but it was frustrating that my straightforward request was overlooked.
